Job Description:
As a Solar Installer at EMT Solar & Roofing , you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality installations. Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar panels and associated equipment. Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the installation team to complete projects efficiently. Provide excellent customer service and answer any client questions. Keep accurate records of project details and maintenance activities. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technology advancements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical education is a plus). Previous experience in solar installation or related fields is preferred. Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license. Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
