- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Installer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of solar panels on residential properties. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and safety protocols. The Solar Installer will work closely with other team members to ensure that installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Duties Install solar panels on rooftops and other structures, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of solar installations. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during installation processes. Conduct low voltage and high voltage electrical work as required for system connections. Perform fixture installation, ensuring all components are properly connected and functioning. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation. Experience Previous experience in solar installation or a related field required Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices is essential. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings is highly desirable. Experience with electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage work, is a plus. Ability to use power tools effectively and safely is required. A background in building or construction trades will be beneficial for this role.
