FABRICATOR A

granite fabricator is responsible for transforming raw granite slabs into finished products such as countertops, tables, and other decorative pieces. The job typically involves the following duties and responsibilities: 1. Preparing and cutting granite slabs to the required size and shape using saws and other specialized tools. 2. Creating detailed edges and finishes on the granite using hand tools and machinery. 3. Polishing the granite surface to a high shine using a variety of tools and techniques. 4. Fabricating and assembling granite pieces to create finished products such as countertops, outdoor kitchens, shower walls, vanity tops, and more. 5. Measuring and marking the work surface for installation and ensuring that all dimensions are accurate. 6. Installing the finished granite pieces on site, making any necessary adjustments or modifications as needed. 7. Maintaining and cleaning all tools and equipment used in the fabrication process. 8. Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding established quality standards. 9. Following all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. A successful granite fabricator should have a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They should also have experience working with granite or other types of natural stone and be familiar with industry-standard tools and equipment.
