Five Star Bath Solutions is coming to the Ozarks, starting in NW Arkansas and SW Missouri with plans to grow from there, and we’re looking for an experienced bathroom remodele r to take charge of installation and over time, production. Duties Install directly in the home – Lead by example and be our top installer Execute a proven installation system – No guesswork, just results Grow to perform two bath systems installs per week ; each job at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality Complete installations using company-approved & quality-driven methods Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance installation team (over time) Who we’re looking for: Remodeling, construction & light plumbing experience, with a focus in bathroom remodeling and/or Acrylic bath systems . Must provide photos of your prior projects Experience with Tub-to-Shower and general bathroom conversions preferred Strong expertise in working with waterproofing systems, shower pans, backer boards and related materials Contractor’s license and certifications in waterproofing or related fields are a plus Must be licensed, insured and able to operate as a 1099 contractor Ability to work independently, manage your schedule and meet deadlines Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic Specific requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and install on-site Must own a pick-up truck or mid-height van Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working in customers’ homes, treating customers and their property with respect and care . Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
