Position Overview We take immense pride in our hard-working, detail oriented, and collaborative Installation teams and are looking to add an Install Technician to this rapidly growing department! What you’ll do Work with your SPF Installation team to install all exterior screens and awnings. Installs all products to the requirements outlined in customer contract Ensures all components, materials and supplies are taken to the job site; loads materials/supplies for work orders on assigned trucks Make necessary alterations on the job site if necessary Performs repairs on job sites if necessary Responsible for maintaining all assigned tools Keep the job site neat and clean Manage and Lead SPF Install Truck Responsible for daily attendance, training, and accountability for each member of your truck. Appropriately organize time to train your crew on site in areas of growth and performance to maintain an efficient team. Work closely with SPF Installation Coordination Team on appropriate scheduling, time needed for training, and status of each job Work with Territory Supervisor on hiring, terminating, growth and development of each truck member All other duties as assigned Who you are You love working outside and being part of a team You are detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment You have a growth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures Extensive knowledge of hand tools and power tools Familiarity with CRM systems Have 3 years of clean driving history Preferred experience installing exterior screens and awnings and communicating with homeowners What’s in it for you?
