This role combines hands-on restoration of marble and natural stone surfaces with client-facing sales responsibilities. You’ll work directly with high-end residential and commercial clients, performing precision restoration services and building relationships that lead to long-term business.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform marble polishing, honing, sealing, and surface repairs on-site Evaluate marble and natural stone conditions and determine appropriate restoration solutions Deliver hands-on service with an eye for detail, cleanliness, and quality craftsmanship Present and explain services to clients during estimates or walk-throughs Develop new business through referrals, upselling, and follow-ups Track leads, jobs, and customer interactions using company tools Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in excellent condition
Qualifications:
Previous experience in marble or natural stone restoration preferred Strong mechanical and technical aptitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Comfortable selling premium services and building trust with customers Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
