North Florida Developers is seeking to add a detail oriented, skilled and reliable Tile Setter / Tile Installer to our Team. This is very detailed work, so prior experience with high end tile, porcelain; ceramic and marble installation is required. The selected candidate must be a skilled craftsman with great attention to detail. Reliability is a must. This is a full time position Mon – Fri The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You must have a valid driver’s license, have your own basic tools, and bring a strong work ethic to every project. Requirements Proven experience in installation work, particularly in large format wall tiles , flooring installation, drywall. Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications. Strong skills in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with installation work, including lifting heavy materials. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Extensive knowledge of tiling technique

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces (cleaning, leveling, waterproofing) for tile installation Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas using hand and power tools Install tiles using adhesives, grout, spacers, and finishing materials Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and leveling of tiles Repair or replace broken or damaged tiles as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow project blueprints and design specifications

Requirements:

Proven experience as a tile setter or tile installer Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout plans Skilled in using tile-cutting tools and power equipment Strong attention to detail and precision Physical stamina to stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials Reliable transportation to and from job sites
