⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Rooms Available with Hourly Work (Winter Park) compensation: Housing and Hourly Pay If you’re reading this, there’s rooms still available. No need to ask first. I offer private rooms in exchange for work to help people cut housing costs while I manage my rentals. You’ll work a set number of hours each week instead of paying rent — the hours are fair and match the value of the room. The properties are average or better, but some need maintenance and repairs I can’t get to right now. There’s always work available, which gives you steady housing while you find side work or other jobs if needed. All properties are just minutes from the work sites, saving you travel time and expenses.
Work could include:
- -General Labor and assisting skilled workers
- -Landscaping and Outdoor cleaning
- -Domestic tasks cleaning, cooking, etc.
- -Skilled work like renovation or home improvement (electrical, drywall, plumbing, etc.).
- -We’ll discuss what skills you’re great and try to fit you into those.
Details:
- -Temporary furniture available if needed.
- -Housing guaranteed as long as weekly hours are met.
