The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fabrication and mechanical knowledge, with experience in various manufacturing processes. The Fabricator will play a crucial role in constructing and assembling components for our projects, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications. Responsibilities Operate machinery and tools to fabricate components according to specifications. Utilize concrete mixers and perform concrete finishing tasks as needed. Assemble and build structures using concrete forming techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the warehouse environment. Conduct quality checks on fabricated items to ensure they meet industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely and effectively. Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during the fabrication process. Requirements Proven experience in machining or fabrication within a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment. Familiarity with concrete mixing, finishing, and forming techniques is preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
