As a tile assistant, you will assist our skilled tile installer in various tasks associated with laying, cutting, and finishing the surfaces. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and develop their skills in tile installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist tile installer with preparation and cleanup of job sites.
• Carry and set up materials and tools required for tile installation.
• Measure and cut tiles to fit specified areas.
• Mix and prepare adhesives and grouts.
• Help with installation of tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local building codes.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field a plus, but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A strong eagerness to learn new skills.
