Install wall and floor tile in showroom-quality retail displays Demolish, remodel, and rebuild retail floor plans using tile, trim, and finish work Travel with a crew to different retail client sites nationwide Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow layouts, blueprints, and project plans Maintain a clean, safe job site and work with respect for retail environments Report progress and issues through our mobile app and project tracking tools

Qualifications & Experience Entry-Level Installers:

1+ year tile installation experience 2+ years in construction or trades Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Lead Installers:

4+ years tile or flooring experience 2+ years in retail construction 2+ years of trim carpentry Comfortable leading a team and coaching new installers Ability to use digital tools to track progress and manage workflow Why ProVantage?
