Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Worker with strong skills in building retaining walls, laying pavers, and installing landscapes.
The ideal candidate will be:
Bilingual (English/Spanish), hard-working, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
Install segmental block retaining walls (Belgard, Keystone, etc.) according to engineered specifications Lay pavers for patios, walkways, and driveways with proper base prep and finishing techniques Complete landscape installations including sod, plants, mulch, and decorative stone Operate skid steers, mini excavators, saws, and other landscape equipment safely Read and follow plans, designs, and layout instructions Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site at all times Assist with other landscape construction tasks as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of experience with retaining walls and paver installations Strong knowledge of proper base prep, compaction, and drainage methods Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop or job sites Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required) Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to read project plans and layouts a plus
