Description Position Summary:

Responsible for leading theinstallation of cabinets, trim, custom and solid surface productswhile supervising and training other Installation Technicians.

Provides exceptional quality work and positive customer service.

The Install Leader is ultimately responsible for all aspects ofsite installation.

Qualifications Required education andexperience:

Minimum three years’ experience as an InstallationTechnicianAbility to train, motivate and lead othersWorkingknowledge of installation guidelines and AWI standards Must have aclean driving recordClean and neat appearance Ability to read andunderstand blueprints and shop drawingsTeam player with a positiveattitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOSHA 30certification preferredFirst Aid/CPR Certification preferred, butnot requiredMaintain/manage jobsite inventory/organizationAbilityto learn, navigate and successfully use construction softwareprograms (i.e. PlanGrid, Site Manager, ProCore, etc.)

Essentialfunctions:

Provides Project Superintendent and Project Managersstatus updates on the project dailyInterpret blueprints and shopdrawings and identify conflicts prior to installation.

Inspect andverify casework installation according to AWI quality controlstandardsInstalls cabinets, trim, custom and solid surface productsin a timely manner with a focus on qualityAlways perform job safelyincluding wearing appropriate PPE per OSHA guidelines and askingfor help with liftingOther duties as assigned
