⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Need shower pan & surround replaced (East Boston) compensation: send estimate Basic plastic ~30″ shower pan & integrated surround with simple swing door in 1st floor apartment. Drain is leaking into basement & looks like issue is drain never connected to shower pan correctly. Unfortunately I think the solution is removing both the surround & pan, installing correctly. Tricky part is exterior bathroom walls are partially tiled & I would like to not break tile. I will post some photos, but looking for someone who can be in & out on this job as it’s occupied space and a 1ba apt.
