The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills and experience in various construction and maintenance tasks. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Skilled Laborer will be responsible for contributing to various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and adhering to safety regulations. Responsibilities Perform General and Skilled Labor tasks related to Greenhouses, Control Systems, Irrigation Systems, and Automation. Perform general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, mowing, blow-down of hard surfaces, clean up and set up of job sites. Execute concrete finishing tasks to ensure smooth surfaces and proper curing. Assist in flooring installation including tiles, hardwood, or laminate as required. Conduct plumbing tasks such as installing fixtures and repairing leaks. Engage in electrical work including wiring, troubleshooting, and installations under supervision. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various construction activities. Undertake carpentry tasks including framing, trimming, and cabinetry work as needed. Lay tiles with precision for both aesthetic appeal and durability. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements Proven experience in skilled labor roles within the construction or maintenance industry. Proficiency in caulking, stucco application, concrete finishing, flooring installation, welding, electrical work, carpentry, heavy equipment operation, and tile laying is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary. Ability to work on Ladders and Scissor Lifts at heights above 10 Feet. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A valid driver’s license is required based on job responsibilities. A CORI background check will be required in order to start the work. Candidates must be 21 years of age.
