We’re looking for a Crate Technician to join our crew—someone with a construction mindset, a great work ethic, and a love for tools and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

• Build custom wooden crates using saws, drills, nail guns & more
• Measure twice, cut once—precision matters!
• Drive our 24′ box truck, F-250 with trailer, and cargo van (eventually)
• Pack and prep items for safe shipping around the world
• Keep your space clean, safe, and efficient

What We’re Looking For:

• Construction, carpentry, or shop experience
• Comfortable with power tools and hand tools
• Valid driver’s license + solid driving record
• Can lift up to 75 lbs and stay active all shift
• Team player with a positive attitude
