Scaffolding Builder The Bradley Group Charlotte, NC 28273 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Scaffolding Builders to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scaffold assembly and disassembly, ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople. As a Scaffolding Builder, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects by providing safe access for workers and materials. Responsibilities Assemble and disassemble scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations. Ensure that all scaffolding is plumb, level, and secure for optimal safety. Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters, electricians, and concrete finishers, to facilitate smooth project execution. Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding equipment to identify any defects or maintenance needs. Operate heavy equipment as required for scaffold installation and removal. Assist in various tasks such as caulking, stucco application, flooring installation, tile laying, and welding as needed on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in scaffold building or related construction trades. Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations pertaining to scaffolding. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Skills in caulking, stucco application, concrete finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, electrical work, or carpentry are highly desirable . Experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus. Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
