Concord Stage Road, Weare, NH 03281 Job Summary We are seeking a Gutter Installer to join our skilled team! The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction field, experience with basic tools, ladders, and should NOT be afraid of heights. They should be dependable, team oriented, honest and hard working. For safety, candidates should be physically fit and able to carry ladders, material, and perform physical tasks as needed. Gutter installation experience is a plus but not required. Willing to train the right person. This role involves working as a team to complete gutter projects on residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Arrive on time to the shop staging area to prep work trucks with stock for the day’s projects. Work as a team to complete all projects assigned to the day. Be willing to work until the day’s jobs are all complete. Follow the leadership of the foreman and work with integrity and a high level of excellence. Execute tasks with precision and attention to detail. Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently for a variety of installation projects. Work safely and report any equipment issues to management immediately. Work as part of a team to break down job sites and leave them better than found. Return back to the shop to break down, stock material deliveries, and prep trucks for the next day, as needed. ​ Report directly to the owners Experience Candidates should possess experience in one or more of the following areas: Moving and use of ladders, up to 4 stories Tools such as drill, crimp, snips, hack saw, multi-tool, level, tape measure etc… Construction field; painting, siding, roofing, landscaping, framing, excavation, paving, etc… Worked as part of a team Willingness to learn
