Crew Member Expert Fence Company 2889 Southwestern Boulevard, Orchard Park, NY 14127 Overview We are an established fence company in WNY looking to expand our crew. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staging materials or installing fence, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. Responsibilities Install products according to specifications and company standards. Follow directions under the guidance of a foreman. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Communicate effectively with our team. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Experience Previous experience as a laborer/installer or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members. A valid driver’s license. Familiarity with safety regulations in the installation industry.
