un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Skilled mature free lancer for 3x suburban home projects. (Irondequoit) compensation: CaSh depending oin how many projexts you accept. Three home projects. If you are a mature master carpenter you could get all three. Otherwise whatever project you are actually skilled at. Work schedule is flexible at your convenience. 1) Install vinyl siding. The area is 3ft x14ft on ground level, We will remove old siding in this area and do all clean up. New materials already on hand. 2) We also need a hinge + mortise specialist for 3x 60+ year old solid wooden doors. 3) New flooring installed for entry in and under storm and master doors (opens onto foyer) Depending on expereince, you could consult on design, but know tile may well be involved depending on costs. If it works out, a few more similar projects could happen. Cash paid for all services. A few photos of your work would really help.
