Accurately document and record the job process and certify that installation meets all of LexmarUSA’s quality standards and the customers’ expectation in a timely manner Principal Accountabilities Work directly with sales associates to establish and meet deadlines and ensure quality standards are met Participate with the on time installation within quality standards Quality Control – Review the installation packet for completeness and accuracy prior to fabrication Read and interpret Drawings, Specifications,Templates Plumbing & electrical skills appreciated Ensure ALL Tools are maintained Assume other duties, training, tasks and assignments that may be given from time to time by Lexmar USA’s management Continually strive to conceive new ideas, products, and/or services for the Company to achieve its primary goal of increasing profits and market share, in an ethical manner Develop and maintain policies and procedures to achieve the desired Company image of quality, service, and professionalism work with customer to capture the vision of final product (ie color,patterns,movement ect.) while maintaining quality by avoiding flaws in material ensure all aspects of the installation are within tolerances responsible for operating and maintaining all tools and equipment associated with the installation of the project Ensure Safety Policies and Practices are Maintained at all times by all field employees Must be proficient in all areas of the installation process (ie carrying, leveling, support, seaming, sink installation, Plumbing ect.)
