Role:

The Groutsmith is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Tile & Grout Technician who can perform tile installation and grout restoration services. This position is perfect for someone experienced in tile setting or someone willing to learn a skilled trade in a stable, growing company.

What You’ll Do:

Set tile for floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers Clean, seal, and repair grout and tile surfaces Re-grout, re-caulk, and replace damaged tiles Operate professional cleaning and restoration equipment Provide excellent customer service and follow job checklists Work in residential homes and small commercial spaces

Qualifications:

Tile setting experience with picture examples & references preferred Strong attention to detail and work ethic Must be comfortable doing physical labor Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Self-motivated and dependable

Compensation & Benefits:

$20-$28/hr based on experience Raises based on performance Regular overtime pay available Paid holidays Performance bonuses Paid training provided Career growth into lead tech or sales/estimator roles

Monday-Friday (full-time) Occasional Saturdays (optional)
