Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Cutting and Shaping:

Using tools like saws and grinders to cut granite to precise dimensions and desired shapes, often based on customer specifications or templates.

Polishing and Finishing:

Polishing edges and surfaces to achieve a smooth, desired finish. Installation (in some cases): Installing the fabricated granite pieces, including countertops, backsplashes, or other projects.

Quality Control:

Inspecting the finished products for flaws and making necessary adjustments.

Reading Drawings:

Understanding and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy in fabrication.

Material Handling:

Handling and transporting granite slabs safely, often using forklifts or other equipment.

Machine Operation:

Operating various machinery, including CNC machines, for precise cutting and shaping.

Collaboration:

Collaborating with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Skills and Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating stone cutting machinery and tools, as well as hand tools like grinders and polishers.

Blueprint Reading:

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints. Attention to
