Ideally, the person would have basic general knowledge or more regarding framing, drywall, tile, flooring, light plumbing and electrical, etc. Duties Perform tile laying and flooring installation with precision and care. Engage in trim carpentry tasks, including door hanging and finishing work. Utilize tools effectively for tasks as needed on-site. Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality control throughout the project Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in construction, flooring and tile installation, and general home repairs is advantageous.
