$29.9K – $42.9K a year 22 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Full Job Description Job Summary We are putting on a Mock Trial presentation on Monday, Apr. 28, from 12:30 – 4:30/5PM. Jury Member plays a crucial role in helping us to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of our upcoming trial. We are looking for members of the community to spend an afternoon in our office as we put on a pre-trial presentation. In your role as jurors, you will listen to the facts of the case, listen to testimony, evaluating evidence, and then deliberate to answer two (2) questions: 1) Who is liable for the accident at the center of our case; and 2) If the Defendant is liable, or partially liable, how much in damages would you award the Plaintiff? Duties Participate actively in jury deliberations. Review and analyze evidence presented during the mock trial presentation. Listen attentively to testimonies and legal arguments. Collaborate with fellow jury members to reach a consensus on your verdict. We appreciate your attention and feedback during this process.
