Vance, AL 35490 Change Management Data Co Ordinator, Vance AL SWJ Technologie specializes in providing engineering, planning, and project management services across various industries. We are currently seeking a Change Management Data Co Ordinator candidate, in the Assembly Operations for an important automotive manufacturing concern. This is a Contractor role based in Vance that requires onsite presence for a 9-month project with a high probability of extension. PURPOSE:

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the trial process planning and ramp-up coordination of production related changes resulting from product design (i.e. model years, running changes, MOPF), volume, and continuous improvement (CI) measures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis and Collection:

Review new product design implications through the “Change Management System” to provide accurate parts lists for ramp-up planning and trial management. Verify correctness and completeness of processes using data comparisons. Improve processing time per individual in the team by doing initial data cleaning, optimization, and comparisons on data sets.

Data Management:

Function as a crucial and central point of contact and collection for ramp-up and trial planning data and working lists. Establish and apply efficient ways for managing and controlling target-oriented processes

Reporting:

Prepare status reports and timelines for ongoing ramp-up and trial processes. Run reports, update project status, and bring to relevant reporting groups. Perform other duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or Industrial Engineering. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in the following area(s): Engineering in a manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on project management and/or process planning. Advanced knowledge of Excel including VBA/Macros

  • Presentation creation/delivery.

Meticulous and detailed oriented.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is generally performed in an office, laboratory, manufacturing floor, or machine shop setting where physical work includes, but is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting to 25 lbs. Must be able to understand and comply with all relevant safety practices. Knowledge of production and process planning and Knowledge of automotive manufacturing and production systems preferred.
