LOCATION

: Hartford, CT Should have minimum 10+ years of Exp in Service Management & Project Management Good in Tracking

SLA & KPI

Should have atleast 7+ years of exp in Customer facing roles in past Must have Good exposure on ITSM tool & process Capable to handle the large Teams Excellent in communication skill Should be able to drive the large project and work with multiple team Should have good knowledge on Problem & Change management Preferred to have certification in any Project Management & Mainframe technology.

Required skills:

ITSM, Project Management, Team Management, CMDB. Applications will be accepted until 6/18/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
