Job Description:
What will you work on? Reporting to the Program OCM Lead, the OCM Manager will develop and execute the plans for change management activities in collaboration with other members of the OCM team, assessing change readiness, managing business impacts and mitigation strategies as well as effectively communicating change. The OCM approach includes a high degree of executive and stakeholder engagement and will require a great deal of experience with communication and presentation delivery. As such, the candidate should be proficient in assessing organizational cultures, capabilities and alignment to effectively tailor change management approaches. This role will be focused primarily on Melissa Doug and US change implementation for the ShERPa transformation program and will support overall OCM activities for the program. How will you create impact? Perform stakeholder analysis under guidance of OCM Lead, analyzing needs and synthesize findings; Analyze Change Impacts that have been identified for the program and develop actions to address changes; Lead the prioritization of change impacts Participate in SAP Role Mapping; Develop to communication plans and develop communication materials; Ability to define activities to support change and transition initiatives; Identify change risks and developing mitigation strategies; Manage execution of change initiatives; Support Monthly Change Champion Meetings and other Stakeholder engagements; Contribute to training initiatives as required, under guidance from OCM Lead Manage stakeholder expectations and engagement, monitor readiness; and Drive sustainability efforts for post-go live adoption. Report progress on OCM Plan activities and deliverables What are your skills and experience? Relevant experience in SAP OCM for Supply Chain or Finance Experience with an ERP implementation such as S4/HANA Experience executing communication strategies to effectively share information with project stakeholders while developing detailed action plans that pinpoint the impact of change on stakeholders and identify the plan of action for addressing the anticipated responses to the change. Experience measuring the effectiveness of change management activities, such as surveys and interviews and experience implementing formal change management methodologies in politically complex environments. Experience with OCM Models, tools, and frameworks.
