This person works closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, and Finance leaders to develop a comprehensive communications strategy, create user-friendly resources, and facilitate training sessions to support employees during the implementation and transition to a new

system, enhance employee proficiency with

HCM / ERP

tools and processes, and ultimately contribute to the organization’s overall success. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Education or related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR training, HCM system implementation, or related fields, with proven experience delivering training on HCM systems and processes, is required. Certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Prosci Change Management Certification, Prosci Organizational Change Management Training, Oracle systems, SHRM Certified Professional (CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP), or training certifications such as American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) certification, are a highly preferred. An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. In-depth understanding of Oracle systems and their application in HR functions is required. Strong communicator, facilitator, negotiator, and conflict resolution manager, with history of success coaching all levels of management and employees is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to plan multiple demanding tasks simultaneously is essential. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel across reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is a requirement of this position.
