Job Description
- Change Management Technical Specialist
- The Change Management Technical Specialist develops and implements comprehensive department-specific onboarding programs across our sales, service, and implementation teams. This role is responsible for developing and delivering specific training to external clients after onboarding for the assigned business unit.
- Key Responsibilities and Duties
- + Designs, executes, and delivers onboarding tailored to the needs of sales, implementation, servicing, and business/corporate clients.
+ Collaborates with internal training teams to leverage existing resources and expertise, enhancing the overall enterprise training experience. + Manages and organizes training materials and programs to ensure they are accessible and up-to-date. + Role is critical in advancing transformation initiatives, including existing remediation work, simplification of existing processes and operational readiness. + Partners with Leadership to align learning goals and outcomes to business initiatives and goals. + Assesses program effectiveness using relevant metrics and correlates metrics with the learning objectives. Uses results to report on trends and continuously improve quality.

- Preferred Qualifications
- + Treasury Management/ Cash Management experience.
+ Experience building, developing and delivering training programs. + Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent facilitation skills that foster engagement online and in-person. + Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and consistent follow-through are essential. + Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel). Strong preference for experience with Salesforce, Salesforce’s Service Cloud, and FIS BST (Business Service Tool).
