Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Microsoft Viva Engage. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft 365 integration, employee engagement strategies, and change management, with a strong focus on driving adoption across enterprise environments.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the deployment and integration of Microsoft Viva Engage across the enterprise
Customize Viva Engage to align with specific business needs and organizational goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to define implementation strategies and success metrics
Provide end-user training and create documentation to promote adoption
Support change management efforts and act as the primary point of contact for Viva Engage-related queries
Monitor engagement metrics and provide recommendations for optimization
Ensure seamless collaboration and compatibility with existing Microsoft 365 tools
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource planning

Required Skills:

Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Viva Engage at the enterprise level
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaboration tools
Expertise in employee engagement strategies and digital workplace solutions
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to train and support users on Viva Engage best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in HR tech or internal communications
Change management and user adoption strategy experience
Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking engagement and platform usage
