$92,352•$120,036.80 / Annual Summary The Performance Excellence Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Strategy and Innovation divisions purpose•to anticipate the future and continuously create new value for our patients/consumers, community and collaborators. The Specialist is an influencer at various levels of the organization and acts as a facilitator, coach, and change agent with a balance of creative and critical thinking skills. The Performance Excellence Specialist provides internal performance and process improvement consulting services for Lee Health while also collaborating across the division to advance our Innovation Program and Strategic Planning Process goals. Specialists are responsible for leading prioritized projects related to Lee Healths Strategic Objectives.

Requirements Education:

Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree Desired/Preferred.

Experience:

Experience leading complex projects of varying scope and scale simultaneously Track record of balancing multiple methods to successfully bring value to the client through facilitation, process improvement, change management, and design thinking for innovation. 2-3 years of work in consultative environment providing performance and process improvement consulting services.

Certification:

Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional, Change Management, Sterling/Baldrige Examiner preferred.
