SUMMARY The PGS Change Management Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of the PGS Transformation Program by prioritizing the people side of change. This includes defining, implementing, and driving change adoption for new processes, systems, and ways of working. The role ensures employees are equipped, supported, and empowered to embrace organizational changes, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and long-term transformation impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive change management framework aligned with transformation goals Apply ADKAR and other change management methodologies to create strategies that drive adoption Integrate Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) and project management tools with change plans Influence stakeholders across all levels, including senior leaders and craft labor Define and coach sponsor and people manager roles during change Identify individual and organizational barriers to change and reinforce adoption Manage stakeholder engagement and resistance Partner with initiative owners and project teams across transformation programs Facilitate the use of change management tools across diverse organizational projects Create scalable tools, templates, and training resources Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for change efforts Track readiness, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback Serve as the central point of coordination for all change-related activities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, psychology, organizational development, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development roles

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of change methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) Effective communicator with all organizational levels Ability to manage complex change efforts, timelines, and metrics Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Influential leader who can build trust and guide resistance management

Computer Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, or Primavera Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Prosci or similar certification Experience in a Transformation Office or PMO Exposure to Agile and digital transformation initiatives Background in cultural change, tech implementation, or operating model shifts
