Job Description:
Establish a connection between technical and business teams, involving necessary groups during migration activities Provide continuous support to multiple technical teams and assist during site migration activities Identify the Changes for the Migration and Co-ordinate throughout the migration. Send regular updates and communications to leadership and stakeholders for qualified migrations Involve site contacts and support groups during the testing and validation phase after migration Adhere to the Hypercare schedule to provide support after the change window Communicate with resolver groups and application owners about critical changes and migrations to ensure awareness Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams for engagement Monitor changes after migrations and engage support teams to address any issues through the incident management process
