Responsibilities:
Support Change Strategy Implementation:

Assist in thedevelopment and execution of change management strategies and plansto help employees adopt new processes, tools, andtechnologies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with project teams andclient stakeholders to gather input, understand concerns, andensure alignment throughout the change process.

Impact Analysis:

Conduct change impact assessments to determinethe extent of changes and recommend appropriate actions.

Communication & Training Support:

Help create and delivercommunication materials and training programs that support thetransition and enhance end-user adoption.

Risk Identification:

Assist in identifying resistance to changeand propose strategies to mitigate risks.

Data Gathering & Reporting:

Track and measure the effectivenessof change management activities, providing insights and reports toproject teams.

Leadership & Team Support:

Provide support to project leadersand ensure all team members are informed and aligned on the changeobjectives.

QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Business,Psychology, or a related field

Additional Education:

Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in OCM, project management, or relatedroles. Understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ProsciADKAR, Kotter). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment. Experience working with stakeholders and facilitatingdiscussions. Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci)is a plus. Experience supporting change in technology implementations orprocess improvements. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complexbusiness challenges and support innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, withthe ability to convey complex ideas effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and supportsenior consultants. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and theability to manage multiple tasks. Advanced understanding of strategic planning, business processoptimization, and organizational change management.

Industry Exposure:

Experience or internship in industries suchas automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace isadvantageous.

Percentage of required travel: up to 100%

Physicalrequirements:

This job operates in an office environment. This role routinelyuses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras,photocopiers, and filing cabinets. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. While performing the duties of this job the employee isrequired to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasionwith prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on acomputer. Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an openoffice/noisy environment. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time whiletraveling in a car or airplane.
