Senior OCM Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior OCM Consultant in Atlanta, GA. The goal of this resource is to ensure a seamless SAP S4 Transformation within the organization through effective Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies, coaching, training, guidance, and support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Internal Change Management Support:

Provide comprehensive support and guidance to internal teams managing the change, preparing for the transformation, and ensuring a smooth transition to go-live in October

Advisory Services:

Deliver expert advice on OCM needs for the SAP S4 Transformation, challenging the current System Integrator (SI) on their practices and suggesting improvements based on historical insights within the organization

Training and Coaching:

Offer tailored coaching and training sessions to business units, enhancing their ability to manage change and ensuring they are well-prepared for the transformation

Strategic Guidance:

Evaluate past change management practices and provide strategic direction on how to effectively implement change moving forward

Comprehensive Change Management:

Develop and execute a holistic change management plan that goes beyond communication and training, addressing all aspects of the transformation process

• Detailed OCM strategy and plan
• Training and coaching materials
• Regular advisory reports and updates
• Performance metrics and evaluation reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Expect OCM experience

SAP S4 OCM

experience

• Experience evaluating and refining OCM strategies
• Experience developing training and coaching materials
• Ability to challenge the current SI
• Ability to perform initial assessment and strategic planning
• Ability to implement change management activities
  The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
