Raise is currently hiring an OCM Lead/Specialist on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced, Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner/Lead to oversee and execute the people side of change associated with strategic projects and initiatives.
This individual will lead change management efforts on one or more projects, ensuring alignment with Company’s established change management methodology, based on Prosci standards.
The role demands expertise in managing end-to-end change processes, driving stakeholder engagement, training, resistance management, and ensuring the sustainability of change initiatives.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership:
Partner closely with the Project Manager and Sponsors to support successful project execution.
Collaborate with the Change Management Office (CMO) to align with governance, standards, and reporting protocols
Change Management Execution:
Develop and lead the execution of the overall Change Management strategy.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and detailed change impact assessments.
Manage resistance through proven strategies and tools.
Create and manage comprehensive Change Management plans and timelines
Performance & Reporting:
Define and track sustainable success metrics in collaboration with business sponsors.
Monitor and report progress on change adoption using ADKAR milestones, health assessments, and other performance indicators.
Create Change Management Closeout reports and perform 30-, 60-, and 90-day post-implementation check-ins to assess effectiveness of adoption and address gaps with leadership.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all change-related activities and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Provide advisory support regarding project health and change readiness
Team Leadership:
Lead the Change Management workstream and coordinate with training leads/teams to support project learning objectives.
Fulfill additional roles such as communications specialist or change analyst as needed, especially when specific roles are unassigned.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Provide coaching and change readiness support to teams and leaders.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years as a Change Management Practitioner.
4 Year degree is desired.
Technical Skills:
Required
Prosci Change Management Certification is required due to license constraints and access to proprietary tools. (Must-have before start date)
Strong knowledge of change impact analysis, resistance management, and sustainment planning.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Experience within utilities or regulated sectors highly preferred.
