Job Description

Enterprise Process Change Management LeadA certified and execution-oriented Enterprise Process Change Management Lead to manage and mature the change control lifecycle across our cybersecurity delivery portfolio.

We need a self-starter who can quickly build structure, assess end-to-end change impacts, and own end-to-end delivery of an automated, audit-ready, transparent, and scalable change management tooling & process.

You’ll partner across delivery, risk, cybersecurity, and governance teams, with direct exposure to senior leadership.

What you will be responsible for Change Management (75%) Design and mature a robust cybersecurity change management framework grounded in best practices (e.g., PROSCI)Replace legacy tools (Excel, MS Forms) with streamlined workflows, automation tools (e.g.

JIRA, AI

) tools, and approval structuresLead impact analysis of changes across timelines, KRI targets, risk posture, and stakeholder dependenciesEnsure all change documentation is audit-ready, traceable, and actionableCollaborate across delivery, governance, and risk teams to streamline intake, escalation, and resolutionBuild executive-level dashboards and reporting mechanisms for change tracking and leadership visibilityContinuously improve the change process to support scale, compliance, and operational agilityWhat we value These skills will help you succeed in this roleExperience in regulated environments or cybersecurity programs a strong advantage5–8 years of relevant experience in change management with direct exposure to building change management tooling, processes and ability to show meaningful impact.

PROSCI (or equivalent) certification highly preferredProven experience in implementing change frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and process governanceDemonstrated ability to quickly assess, design, and execute change control processes in complex environmentsStrong understanding of how changes impact risk posture, program deadlines, and delivery metricsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including PowerPoint and executive communicationProficiency with tools like SharePoint, Excel, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similarSelf-directed, accountable, and operates with urgency — owns their work and drives it to completionEducation & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related technical disciplineBackground in cybersecurity, GRC, or enterprise Technology transformation program change management.

Understanding of financial business and productsBackground in Risk and Controls, Enterprise Risk ManagementExposure to building Change Management Tooling using best in class tools including JIRA, PowerBI etc.
