Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Change Management Specialist to lead organizational change initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will focus on developing and executing change management strategies to support ERP-related transformations. You will help build a standard of excellence around change management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute change management plans to support ERP implementations and process improvements Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Ohio and Tampa, while being based in Charlotte, NC Partner with project leads, training specialists, and functional stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders Utilize Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) for reporting, communication, and planning Review and provide feedback on candidate resumes for future team expansion Assist in the design and delivery of training programs related to ERP systems and process changes Contribute to the creation of a Center of Excellence for change management within the organization
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in change management, preferably in a manufacturing or ERP-driven environment Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred, but open to any ERP experience) Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience supporting or delivering training programs is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
Preferred Skills:
Experience in building or mentoring a team Exposure to both technical and process-oriented change management Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus
