Job Description

Our client, a leading provider in IT solutions, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (Change Management) to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT Service Management department supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What’s the Job?
  • + Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Change Management workflows.

+ Collaborate with Change Managers, Process Owners, and ITSM stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. + Utilize Flow Designer to automate and streamline change approval and implementation processes. + Maintain and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate representation of IT assets and their relationships. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Change Management modules and integrations.

  • What’s Needed?
  • + 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. + Strong knowledge of ITSM modules, especially Change Management. + Experience working in regulated environments with compliance and audit requirements. + Proficiency with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes. + Excellent communication and documentation skills.
