Raleigh NC ( Hybrid is ok ) Job description : Customer is looking for a Strategic learning and talent management professional with 10+ years of experience advancing employee capability and engagement goals across enterprises.

Candidate must possess below experience:

Hand on with planning and execution of strategic IT meetings/events to support leaders, skills training, and employee engagement. Leads enterprise learning and change initiatives to drive digital adoption and transformation, including strategy, operations, end user enablement and instructional design for enterprise systems and technology training solutions for employee population worldwide. Experience with change and enablement Lead for IT Managed Services Optimization initiative—led readiness efforts for virtual IT support desk. Experience in migration and creation of IT product and learning pages to new SharePoint site; partnered with product owners and mentored peers on project management basics. Must have
