Role Description Develop and execute change management strategies that align with business objectives and project goals, with a primary focus on our ServiceNow implementation. Create and deliver communication plans that clearly articulate the “why,” “what,” and “how” of change, fostering transparency and excitement. Partner closely with project leaders, technical teams, HR, and business stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop mitigation plans. Design and implement training and enablement programs that prepare employees for success with new systems, tools, and workflows. Proactively identify and address resistance to change using proven frameworks and data-driven insights. Develop stakeholder engagement plans that foster advocacy and build a strong change champion network. Monitor adoption and usage metrics; gather feedback and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continued momentum and impact. Coach leaders at all levels on their role in change, equipping them with tools and guidance to support their teams. Align change management efforts with organizational goals, culture, and employee experience. Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field (i.e. change management or organizational development, preferably in IT or digital transformation contexts.) The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level change initiatives, including communication and training strategies Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, etc.) Experience supporting technology implementations-preferably ServiceNow Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying solutions, and balancing strategic and tactical priorities Benefits/Other Compensation This position is a contract/temporary role where Hays offers you the opportunity to enroll in full medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, 401K and Life Insurance ($20,000 benefit).
