As a Manager, you will be part of the Systems Change Office supporting the Financial Reporting Quality Assurance Organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

6-12 Months What’s the Job? Drive compliance of the Change Management Framework for regulatory reporting automation. Transition from current Change Management processes to elevated processes by understanding existing workflows. Conduct thorough impact analysis and identify relevant stakeholders for effective change management. Collaborate with users to understand pain points and provide timely resolutions. Coordinate with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts to ensure accurate execution of changes. What’s Needed? Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Information Technologies (master’s preferred). 7+ years of work experience in Project Management/Change Management. Experience in Agile delivery or other project management methodologies. Excellent relationship building, presentation, and collaboration skills.
