- What’s Needed?
- + Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field.
+ A minimum of 10 combined years of experience in Project/Program and Change Management. + Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute change management strategies to obtain buy-in and ensure alignment with business practices. + Experience with large-scale program organizational change efforts. + Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
