We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Business Continuity Program Specialist to support the tactical execution of our Enterprise Resilience Program, with a core focus on Business Continuity (BC). In this role, you will work closely with the Enterprise Resilience Manager to execute key program components, including Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), Business Continuity Plan (BCP) development, operational tracking, and data management. This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate with minimal supervision. While exposure to Disaster Recovery (DR) concepts is a plus, it is not a requirement. You’ll work within the Security, Privacy, and Corporate Engineering organization and collaborate with stakeholders across business units, corporate functions, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Execution & Support Coordinate and facilitate BIA initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, session facilitation, progress monitoring, and quality assurance. Support business units in developing, updating, and maintaining BCPs in alignment with program standards. Track project status through dashboards and metrics to promote transparency and accountability. Ensure all documentation—plans, templates, and procedures—is properly maintained and version-controlled. Platform Operations (GRC Tooling – RiskCloud) Manage data within the Enterprise Resilience module of the GRC platform (RiskCloud), including BIAs, business processes, and continuity plans. Create and update templates, workflows, and structured datasets; perform quality assurance on platform content. Support reporting and data normalization efforts through exports, data cleanup, and gap analysis. Develop user enablement materials, job aids, and platform documentation to support stakeholders using RiskCloud. Operational & Administrative Support Schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders; prepare agendas, track action items, and manage follow-ups. Support internal communication efforts by drafting updates, presentations, and documentation for program initiatives. Assist in the development of standards, SOPs, and training resources to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience supporting or implementing business continuity, enterprise risk, or operational resilience programs in a corporate setting. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with a focus on execution and attention to detail. Experience working with GRC platforms, preferably LogicGate/RiskCloud; familiarity with similar tools like Archer, ServiceNow, or Fusion is a plus. Proficiency with spreadsheets and strong data management skills; ability to analyze and clean structured data sets. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups effectively. Experience in Financial Services or FinTech environments is highly desirable. Exposure to disaster recovery, IT resiliency, or cloud infrastructure concepts is a bonus. EEO/AA Employer/Vet/Disabled.
