About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Incident Management Lead (Lead Business Execution Consultant) in Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) reporting to the Resiliency Lead.

This individual contributor will be responsible for supporting the CSBB Business Continuity & Resiliency Planning program that is forward looking, consistent, customer focused while at the same time required to meet corporate program and regulatory requirements. The candidate will own, manage, and execute front line Business Continuity & Resiliency Planning Risk Program activities, engaging, supporting, collaborating and/or coordinating with partners across the enterprise to ensure Business Continuity Planning requirements are understood and appropriately implemented within Consumer Lending, mitigating related risks. The candidate will collaborate with key Enterprise partners across Wells Fargo and will have exposure to senior risk and business leadership. In this role, you will:

Accountable for managing the end-to-end process for identifying and resolving incidents across CSBBMonitor local, regional, national and global events and weather conditions to identify potential impacts and coordinate appropriate response activitiesActively identify, assess and escalate emerging incidents by responding effectively and timely and communicate risk and response activities in a dynamic and demanding environmentAuthority and autonomy to make immediate decisions based on a potential impact to the businessCommunicating risk and response activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentBuilding strong partnerships with peer Incident Management teams, EIM, RBIM, COIM, Corporate Properties, Corporate Security, Cyber and TechnologyIdentify Business Execution opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development over the long-term to ensure operational excellence and process efficiencyEvolve Incident Management Playbooks and Alert services, tools and procedures including participation in and influencing enterprise policy development and key stakeholder meetingsWork independently to resolve incidents and gather and analyze data to help drive clear communications and resolutionResearch complex incidents that require analytical skills, knowledge of organizational strategy and business execution, and an understanding of CSBB business lines and technology supportEnsures compliance with government regulations and company policiesThis role is on call 24/7 with business hours from 8:00 a.m. ET

  • 7:30 p.

m. ET. This position is a primary escalation point for staff that provides 24×7 on call supportLead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiativesDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriateReview strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performancePerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group’s functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiativesInfluence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Business Continuity, Incident Management, Disaster Recovery, Operational Risk and/or related risk experience; subject matter expert in Business Continuity PlanningExperience managing processes and implementation strategies to support business continuity and contingency plansKnowledge and functionality of Operation Resiliency System (ORS)Successful track record providing advice and counsel to management on significant initiatives to improve risk management and internal controlsDemonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, create and manage (while achieving results) large-scale change and influence people at all levels of the organizationExperience translating and presenting complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisionsExperience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas, ability to interact with all levels of an organizationStrong organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentExperience taking initiative and working independently with minimal supervision in a structured and change driven environmentStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience working effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility and adaptability are importantAdvanced Microsoft Office skills

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the timeThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleRotational on-call support for incident alerts during business hours, and overnights and weekends (approximately 1-2 days per week, 24-hour shifts)This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
