Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations in Fort Payne. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to leadership, driving people strategies aligned with business goals while fostering employee development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals Coach managers and employees on development and performance Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and development Lead change management and employee engagement initiatives Manage performance improvement and talent development programs Provide policy guidance and ensure compliance with HR standards Collaborate with HR teams to align local and corporate practices Participate in HR projects focused on continuous improvement
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR consulting or business partnering Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment Proven track record of influencing leadership and resolving HR challenges Background in handling performance management and talent development
Nice-to-Have Skills:
SHRM or HRCI Certification Experience with HR projects involving standardization or process improvement Background in organizational development or leadership coaching Experience working in a complex or matrixed organizational structure
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (required) Master’s degree in a related field (preferred) HR Certification from SHRM or HRCI (desired) #IND2
