Compensation - $45-$50/hour W2
What You’ll Be Doing - Leading business process analysis and creating detailed documentation
- Mapping complex end-to-end workflows using Lucid or Visio
- Collaborating closely with development, QA, and product teams
- Supporting the Scrum team with clear requirements and timely feedback
- Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Reviewing functionality pre-release to ensure quality and alignment
- Driving user acceptance testing and production readiness activities
What You’ll Need to be Considered - Comfort working in a fast-changing, high-demand environment
- Experience mapping extremely large or complex processes
- Background in Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) is a plus
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks
