Job Description

Essential Job Duties Provide Department Management with reporting on production functions and activities from standard report and Ad Hoc sources. Manage Escheatment Process working with outsourced 3rd party vendor (currently SOVOS). This will include report generation, managing returned reports of contacts made, working with branch network and commercial RMs to establish contact with customers for abandoned property. Will also include working with Accounting, Mortgage, Loan Operations and other groups for all escheatable property types. Ensuring escheated property is appropriately documented and accounts closed. Brokered Deposit/Sweep Product Processing, Reconcilement, Settlement and Reporting. This will include Promontory Interfinancial Network (Intrafi Network) CDARS (Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service), ICS (Insured Cash Sweep), and IND (Insured Network Deposits), Stonecastle and TotalBank Sweep products and potentially others. Processing charged-off account payments (Telecheck or Chexsytems notifications). Payments received in branches must be allocated to correct GLs. Telecheck and Chexsystems must be updated for payments received. Work with check reporting groups on updating of ABA/Routing Numbers for retirement of R/Ts or during acquisitions.

IOLTA / IREBA

Reconciliation and Balancing. IOLTA (Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts) — Confirm correct monthly interest calculations, by state and confirm interest properly transferred to correct BAR Foundation. IREBA (Interest on Real Estate Brokers Accounts) – Confirm interest calculations and submit payments to Foundation accounts. Works with various Deposit Operations tasks not fitting into standard production departments. These duties and levels of involvement could change over time. Working with department manager and/or their direct reports on departmental projects and acquisitions. Skills and Competencies:
