Creating dashboards, scorecards, and visual reports using SQL, Tableau, and other tools
Delivering crisp, data-driven presentations to internal stakeholders with clear takeaways
Designing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to Medicare Advantage goals
Collaborating with analytics and operations teams to translate insights into business action
Identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities within large datasets
